It is fondly referred to as the Queen City of the South. It is the country's oldest city. It houses one of Asia's biggest festivals. Lechon. It's the home of a viral YouTube Sensation! It once had its own railway system. The country's smallest and oldest fort resides her.

Cebu plays a major role in Philippine history. The first known skirmish against foreign invaders took place on the shores of Mactan Island in April 1521. Lapu-Lapu and his men fought the Spaniards and killed Portuguese explorer Ferdinand Magellan in the process.

I spent one week in Cebu with my family, we took a ship from Cagayan de Oro City, we also brought our car and paid 15,000 pesos for one way car with driver Inclusive from the fare. Better to bring our own car than to commute.👌😊

We went everywhere in Cebu City and suburbs.

Temple of Leah

The story of Temple of Leah is the same as Taj Mahal, a mausoleum in India built as a symbol of undying love.

Temple of Leah is Teodorico Soriano Adarna’s gesture of love to his late wife Leah Albino-Adarna, a life partner for 53 years. They are the grandparents of Filipina actress Ellen Adarna and owner of motel chain Queensland in Cebu.

Cebu Taoist Temple (Chinese: 宿霧定光寶殿) is a Taoist temple located in Beverly Hills Subdivision of Cebu City, Philippines. The temple is built by Cebu's substantial Chinese community in 1972. With an elevation of 110 metres (360 ft) above sea level, the temple is a towering, multi-tiered, multi-hued attraction accessible by three separate winding routes.

You’ve probably heard of 10000 Roses Café & More. It is undeniably the most popular and most sought-after café in Cebu today after making a huge buzz on Facebook. For sure, at least three days from now, this Korean café will surely be enjoying the hype now and eventually be worrying about accommodating all these curious and excited guests.

Though really, 10000 Roses Café & More is one beautiful place — definitely and considerably a tourist attraction now. AND NO, these are not real roses. These are artificial, LED-powered roses. That’s why it’s best to go there during dusk until night

After visiting the 10000 Roses we dine in Lantaw the nearby floating Restaurant...

Bantayan Island Cebu
